Adam Met's Brief But Spectacular take on building fan-based movements (Level 1)

Adam Matt is a musician. He plays bass in the band AJR. But Adam is also a climate expert. He wants to make the world better. He wrote a book called Amplify. The book says music fans can become change-makers. Adam knows how bands build big fan groups. He thinks we can do the same for climate action. When he was young, he sang in parks with his brothers. Now he also teaches at a university. He once did a test at his concerts. About 15% of the people took climate action. They registered to vote or helped local groups. Adam says when people come together, their brains connect. That feeling can push them to do good things. He believes that if we meet people where they are, we can all help the planet.
