The United States and Cuba might make a new deal. Donald Trump and Marco Rubio want to change the rules. Florida has many Cuban American voters. In the past, no president wanted to look weak on Cuba. Now, Trump and Rubio have enough power to make a deal. Some people think a business deal is good for Cuba. The Cuban government is very poor right now. The people need food and money. A new deal could bring help to the island. But some experts are not sure. They think Trump will only help his rich friends. They also think he will not finish the long plan for free elections. However, other people feel very hopeful. They think any new deal is better than the old rules.
