Everyone Is Quietly Giving Up (And It Makes Sense) (Level 1)

Many children learn cursive handwriting in school. But after school, most people do not use cursive. Only a signature sometimes uses cursive. Now, some places are making children learn it again. A long time ago, cursive was useful. People used pens with liquid ink, and cursive helped them write fast and clean. But today we use computers and simple pens. We do not need cursive. At the same time, many university students use AI to help with homework. It is strange: children learn an old skill, but adults use new technology. This makes us think about what is important to learn. Thousands of years ago, people pressed their hands on cave walls and left colored handprints. These prints say, "I was here." Today, we do not leave our handprints like that. We use computers and AI. The question is: What do we want future people to see from us?
