Sometimes, people use mental health words to hurt others. They use words like "healing" or "safe" to control their friends. This is a growing problem. When you tell these people they did something wrong, they do not say sorry. Instead, they deny the problem. Then, they attack you. Finally, they act like they are the victim. They make you look like the bad person. Some of these people have dark personalities. They only care about themselves. They act like good people who got hurt. This makes other people feel sorry for them. How can you protect yourself? First, notice their words. Do not argue with them. They are very good at fighting. Instead, step back. Do not spend time with them. Talk to your other friends one-by-one. In time, the bad person will hurt others, too. You can be there to support your real friends.
