At the law firm Pearson Hardman, lawyer Harvey Specter has a serious problem. Another lawyer named Travis Tanner says Harvey committed fraud. If this becomes public, the firm could be destroyed. Harvey and Jessica Pearson, a leader of the firm, are hiding this from Daniel Hardman. Hardman recently returned and wants to take power from Jessica. Louis Litt notices that something is wrong. Harvey's secretary Donna is not at her desk for days. Louis also remembers that Harvey gave him Mike Ross, but now he thinks it was a trick to keep him busy.
