Lemur Defends Trees From Fruit Robbers | BBC Earth (Level 1)

Red ruffed lemurs are big and loud animals. One day, a family of these lemurs finds two trees full of sweet fruit. They eat a big lunch and then go to sleep. But one lemur does not sleep. He stays awake to guard the trees. Soon, other animals come to steal the fruit. First, some birds try to eat the fruit. The guard chases them away. Then, a big group of ten brown lemurs arrives. They are very fast and want the fruit too. The guard has a hard time because there are so many of them. He runs around and finally chases the brown lemurs away. After the fight, his family wakes up. They come back to the trees to eat more fruit. For now, these lemurs have plenty of food and a very good life.
