The Rarest Kind of Brains on Earth (Level 1)

People think in very different ways. Some people have a voice in their head and think using words. Other people think with pictures. They see images in their mind like a movie. There is also a special way to remember things called the "Memory Palace." To use this trick, you imagine a familiar place, like your house. Then, you put the ideas you want to remember in different rooms. When you want to recall the information, you simply take a walk through the house in your mind. This helps your brain connect ideas to places. Scientists also found that we spend a lot of time thinking about the past or the future. This is called "mind wandering." However, thinking too much about things that are not real can make us unhappy. It is often better to focus on what is happening right now.
