Why Argentina's Economy is Stalling (Level 1)

President Milei of Argentina wanted to fix his country's money problems. At first, his plan worked well. Prices stopped going up so fast, and the economy grew. But now, things are getting difficult again. Prices are rising, and businesses are not growing. There is also a problem with the government's data. An official quit because the government would not let him report the real numbers about inflation. Some industries, like mining for gold and copper, are doing well. This is because the world needs these metals, not because of the President's actions. In fact, many big companies are leaving Argentina. They are worried about the country's history of unstable politics. The quick recovery the President promised has stopped happening.
