Why Most People Waste Their Lives | The Philosophy of Pink Floyd (Level 1)

Many people feel sad because they wasted their younger years. The famous band Pink Floyd wrote a song about this called 'Time.' When we are young, we feel like we have all the time in the world. Days feel very long because everything is new. We play, learn, and have fun. But as we grow up, life becomes a daily routine. We go to work, pay bills, and wait for a sign to start our real lives. Suddenly, we are older. Time moves very fast. We realize that nobody will tell us what to do. We must choose our own path. A famous writer once said we only understand life by looking back. When we are young, we have lots of time but do not understand it. When we finally understand life, much of our time is already gone. We must enjoy today and live well right now.
