Why Oura Made Its Smart Ring Smaller Than Ever | WSJ We Have Questions (Level 1)

Tom Hale is the boss of Oura. Oura makes a smart ring. This ring tracks your health. Tom says the ring helps him understand his body. For example, he learned that his body does not like rice. The new Oura Ring 5 is very small. It is a tiny computer for your finger. In the past, some people thought the rings were too big. Now, the new ring is 40 percent smaller. It looks like a normal wedding ring. The ring tracks many things. It tracks how you move and how you sleep. Tom says sleep is the most important thing for your health. Sleep helps your body rest and get strong. The ring wants to make you feel calm, not worried. In the future, the Oura app will use artificial intelligence. It will act like a doctor in your pocket. This will help everyone stay healthy.
