Russia is building its own version of Starlink. It has launched some satellites, but the system is not working well yet. Experts expect a working version within a few months or a year. This could be dangerous for Ukraine because Russia would be able to find and hit targets over Ukrainian land. Ukraine uses Starlink, but Elon Musk does not allow Ukraine to use it over Russia. Russia also uses new drone tactics. A big drone carrying smaller drones appeared near Kyiv recently. The small drones are hard to shoot down. Russia often tests a weapon and then uses it widely a few months later. Russian drones also chase civilians in cars near the front line. Ukraine is holding its front line well. Russia loses about 40,000 soldiers every month, but this has not changed Putin's plans. Peace talks may start soon, but real results will wait until after winter.
