US President Donald Trump is changing his opinion on Russia. In the past, he wanted to be friendly with Vladimir Putin. He tried to make a peace deal for the war in Ukraine. However, Putin rejected the plans and refused to stop the fighting. Now, Trump is becoming tougher. He does not believe Putin's recent claims about attacks. The conflict is also about oil. Trump wants the US to control more oil in the world. Recently, the US stopped a Russian oil ship in the Atlantic Ocean. Trump also supports new taxes on countries that buy Russian gas.
