Why You Deserve a Tantrum: The Truth About Adult Rage (Level 1)

We often see children having tantrums in shops. A toddler wants a yogurt, but his mother says no. He screams and cries on the floor. It looks childish. But adults also feel strong emotions. We face many problems: a broken machine at home, a job we didn’t get, or a friend who is not kind. We feel angry and sad inside. But we stay quiet and smile. Society tells us to be calm and wise. However, sometimes we want to shout and cry like a child. Maybe it is good to admit these feelings. Knowing that we have a small, angry person inside can help us understand ourselves better. Real peace might come from accepting our difficult feelings, not just hiding them.
